I have an MBA and I am wondering if I should go on getting a Black belt certification in Six Sigma ( NOT KARATE you guys!) OR become a CPA? Given the current job market which one makes more sense, CPA or Black belt in six sigma?

Continue Reading »Process Improvement is to find ways to improve the process, from the perspective of the enterprise overall goals … increase accuracy, lower costs, get the job done faste, sell more products to more customersr, etc.
Continuous Process Improvement means using a system of measuring Process Improvement success such that the enterprise does not fall back into old ways of doing things, that the improvements continue to benefit the enterprise, and more improvements come along.
